SMS & Email Policy
About this policy
This policy explains how SikVivo, operated by LVG Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), communicates with you by email and SMS text message, what you can expect to receive, and how to stop receiving messages at any time. It forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Email communications
When you request a free resource, such as a case study or overview, or submit an application, we send the requested resource to the email address you provide. We may also send follow-up emails about your request, your application, scheduled calls, and our education and coaching programs, including occasional promotional emails about our offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click or by writing to support@sikvivo.education. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not affect messages you need to receive about a purchase or an active program.
SMS messaging program
SikVivo sends automated SMS messages only to users who have explicitly opted in to SMS, for example by ticking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form. Messages relate to your application status, scheduled calls, requested resources, program access, and related account notifications. SMS opt-in is optional and never required to submit a form or make a purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of your mobile information
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party except service providers that help us deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to SMS or email communications at any time, free of charge, by replying STOP to any text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us at support@sikvivo.education. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent before you withdrew.
