Privacy Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers visits to SikVivo websites, applications and lead forms, booked calls, marketing communications, purchases made through Whop, participation in the student community, and support.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us: identity and contact details, telephone number, country, business goals, experience, time availability, application answers, support requests, training access records, community handles, files and approved testimonials. Payment providers process card details; we receive transaction and billing status, not complete card credentials. We may also receive device and browser information, IP addresses and cookie data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process applications and bookings at your request to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); deliver the mentorship and manage accounts to perform our agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); keep tax, accounting and fraud-prevention records to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); protect our systems and improve our operations based on legitimate interests where appropriate (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and rely on your consent for optional marketing, non-essential cookies or other processing where required (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Application and scheduling

When you apply on this website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and answers to a few questions. As soon as you have answered the questions, your details and answers are saved in our Close CRM, even if you don't book a call, so our team can follow up with you. Your application is also stored in our hosting account at Netlify (Netlify Forms), and we receive an email notification for it. Your phone number and answers are also passed into our Calendly booking form, so the right team member can prepare for your call. The application-answers field is separate from the required phone-number field. Please don't include unnecessary sensitive information in your answers.

While you apply, your details are kept briefly in your browser's session storage so you don't have to type them again when booking. This storage is cleared when you close the tab.

5. Tools on this website

Calendly. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly LLC (USA). When the calendar loads and you book a call, your IP address and the details you enter or that we pass on (name, email, phone number, application answers, chosen time) are processed by Calendly.

YouTube. We embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Preview images are loaded from YouTube servers when you open a page, which transmits your IP address. The video player itself only loads when you click play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Fonts. Our fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made.

Country detection. To pre-select your country's dialling code in the application form, our host Netlify derives your country from your IP address when the form loads. Only the country is used, and it is not stored.

Hosting. This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical access data (such as your IP address and the time of access) to deliver the website securely.

6. Providers and sharing

Depending on how you interact with us, information is shared with Whop and payment partners, Close CRM, Calendly, Google services, Discord, WhatsApp Business, video-conferencing platforms, our web host Netlify, contracted coaches, legal and accounting advisers, and authorities where required by law.

7. International transfers

Where information is transferred outside the EEA, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. Information on safeguards is available on request.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, for our contractual relationship, support and fraud prevention, and for statutory record-keeping, and then delete or anonymise it. Accounting and tax records are kept for the statutory periods under German commercial and tax law (generally six to ten years).

9. Cookies and marketing

Essential technologies support the operation of this website. This website currently does not use analytics, remarketing pixels or marketing cookies. If we add them, we will only activate them after you consent, and you will be able to change your choice at any time. We only send marketing messages where legally permitted, and you can always opt out.

10. Your rights

Subject to the law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to certain processing or to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. 11. Security and minors

We use reasonable safeguards, although no internet system is completely secure. SikVivo is aimed at adults (18+); we do not knowingly accept program purchases from minors.

12. Testimonials and updates

Named student results, screenshots, photographs and videos are only used with appropriate permission and in accurate context. We update this policy when our data practices change materially; the date at the top shows the current version.
